What needs to change around me?

Future Voices advance front line responses to children, families and services affected by extra familial harm. Our services support the development of practitioners and organisational delivery through the use of research, data and best practice to inform responses.

We know that working to safeguard young people who suffer harm outside of their home is both complex and challenging. We assist services to tackle intersecting vulnerabilities including criminal and sexual exploitation, county lines, modern day slavery, serious youth violence and radicalisation.

"so knowledgeable but also realistic about the challenges practitioners face when working with children and families"

We understand that for staff and services working to increase safety, often while children continue to experience or cause harm, requires robust systems. We develop relationship-based and systemic working across assessment and understanding, collaborative working, intervention and leadership.

Our learning promotes contextual working to tackle complex risk and vulnerability within a statutory context, #ReflectivePractice and #Relationships are at the heart of our approach to achieve the necessary and containing conditions for children, families and the networks that support them.
